Several Layers from the same types of objects

Is there any way to make several layers from the same object type, e.g. for buildings? When loading different datas from the same object type they all will be grouped. Thats not really helpful for varieties of urban planning. Thanks for ideas.

You can use "Proposals/Vorschläge" to create multiple versions of some designs/concepts.

(but I agree, it's not easy to handle).
