New facades creation

Hi,

I'm trying to build a facade and I want to use my own images in it (not the one from the facades theme in AIM) but I can't see the option...

Is that possible?

Thanks!

Hi Piotr,

You can go into the Materials/Colours Style palette and copy a colour. Then in the edits of that colour, change it to a texture using the radio button at the top, then in the line below that select your image.

Infrastructure modeller 2013 then allowed you to apply this to one face of the building which was great, but Infraworks 2014 seems to want to tile it all the way around the building.:smileyfrustrated:

Does anyone know how to get 2014 to apply a colour/image to only one face of a building?

Thanks.

This seems to be a bug. I entered it already.

The answer to putting your own image on only one face is here:
