I have an issue with the Model Builder (Preview) importation/download.
After downloading my data; when I go to utilize it, the application will execute for a short moment, and then give me an error message and reference to the error log.
Attached is a screen grab of the explanation within that log.
Could someone explain to me the log entry and possibly how to fix this issue?
The I.T. Admin can access the Online Models, however I cant.
Will inform on any progress.

OK, we found that it wouldnt save to the "Users" directory on the local drive. We simply created a working driectory on the local drive and placdd the project in there. Now we move to the next step of importing existing information; but to do that; we have to download and install Navisworks, then we have to download Civil 3D, then we have to add the Genio import facility to import from MX.
