Using AutoCAD, create a Polyline that has Width and is the length of your parking stripe
Extrude that polyline 0.01 or some small amount so that it become a 3D object.
FBXExport that object.
Using InfraWorks, add to one of your style libraries (like City Furniture) the FBX file that represents the stripe.
Add that new model as a decoration within the Road Style Group that is the parking lane. Be sure to select the correct Bucket and expand the length of the dialog so that you can adjust scale and/or rotation (rotate about the Z axis.)

Update: Create your AutoCAD file using Metric values as InfraWorks is going to apply metric to your sizes whether your units are imperial or not. Maybe 2015 will fix this!
