Dear Sir
I want to know how we can show in infraworks, when the flood waters are increased in a Canal or river and how much of land is submerged. Is it possible to show in infraworks
Ravindra
You could use a Water Area - or series of Water Areas. If you create or copy a Water Area style that has the "Integrate with terrain" setting unchecked, you can assign water level through Properties. As long as you draw the Water Area larger than where it will be submerged, the area that falls on higher ground will end up below your terrain, so you'll see the flood extents at that elevation. You can only give it the single elevation though, so you may need to create a series of Water Areas stepped at higher elevations along the canal or river.
Here's an example:

(the last 10 seconds of the screencast are edited to show it appear to be rising)
If you could add elevations to the verticies of a river similar to the way you can for a road, this trick would do exactly what the OP was asking for with varying water elevations. In the mountains of Colorado, flood elevations change drastically as you move down the river.
Ravindra,
You should check out Project Boulder https://beta.autodesk.com/callout/?callid=%7BABADE776-9718-43AD-9C88-47A011D71CBA%7D
