draped aerial importing from Infraworks into 3DS Max

I am trying to negotiate my way through an Infraworks export wherein I keep all the associated textures (images for building facades, trees, etc) from Infraworks and into 3DS Max.  So far I have gotten much of the infraworks scene to reappear in 3DS Max, but I do not see the aerial.  Is there a way to get this to associate?  Also, the textures that I have gotten added in were first called out as missing in a dialog box when I imported- the folder path that it specified didn't actually exist, (C:\Users\glindquist\AppData\Local\Temp\IM_2.fbm) so I recreated it and filled it with as many of the missing .dds, .png & .jpg files I could relocate.  The aerial was not in that dialog box list of missing files. I'm not sure what I'm missing.
