Downloading models from the Model Builder

I have some problems to download models from the model builder in Infraworks 360

When I selected a polygon and click download, autodesk send me a confirmation mail. In the home interface in the collaborate part, I click download in the model, and an error message shows on the screen '' Unable to download the model ''x'' See the Message Log for further details''. (See image 01)

How can I fix this?

I think this may be due to a needed update. See the attached image:

Also, if you go through the update process but are still unable to download your model(s), please write back and provide the log file as an attachment if possible.

Thank you Elliot. I already made all the steps and updated from the subscription center. I have another interface home. If you see the image, I have another message for more updates (re-installed) I have to made this whatever times need to get the model builder work?

ServiceException.cpp 55 Service Exception:Failed to close the remove feature respository. File Name : Managers\Model\ModelDownloadManager.cpp

So last week I was able to download the models built, this week I cannot again and these are the lissues in the error log.

Somedays it works and others it will not?

Same two messages again #121 and #55 when downloading a new Model
