Autodesk Infrastructure Modeller not opening

I have recently installed Infrastructure Design Suite Ultimate 2013 - all prodcuts installed successfully without any errors.  All products work fine - apart from Infrastructure Modeller.  Double clicking on the shortcut on the desktop does nothing - there is no activity in the task manager.  

Does anyone know how to fix this.

Steps taken so far:

Ran as administrator

Windows Firewall and 3rd Party AV turned off

UAC off

ports 2080 and 27500 inbound/outbound rules on

NLM Perform Status Enquiry - reading licence fine.

Complete unistall and reinstall

Restarted computer and tried again

Tried through C:/ProgramFiles/Autodesk/AIM/AIM.exe - just incase desktop icon shortcut path was corrupt.

Has it ever opened?  If not, I recommend downloading and installing AIM R2 from the Subscription website.  Much better release than the one from the suite.

This may be completely unrelated to your issue but then again maybe not.

We've just come across an issue where AIM won't load because it happens to have the same executable file name as AOL Instant Messenger (AIM.EXE) which is blocked by the company security policy.

Maybe Autodesk should consider changing the .EXE name.
