I want to customize the 3D model and the original building position alignment

Hi Everybody,

Meet a position and orientation problems I replaced the original building with the custom of the 3D model.

1.The original building location

2.Replace the original building custom model

3.Position changes

I have a lot of buildings, there are two problems: 1, how to make the position alignment custom 3D model and the original buildings

2 can batch change the custom model alignment with the original buildings?
