Zoom in

Hi,
Is there any way to zoom in further, after zooming to a selection.
I could zoom to selection using,

parent.parent.mapFrame.ExecuteMapAction(10);

I want to zoom in further. is there any way for that?
when i use the code snippet,

parent.parent.mapframe.Refresh();
parent.parent.mapframe.ExecuteMapAction(7);

nothing happens, that is, the extent is not changing.
Jst the zoom in tool becomes active..

Can anyone please help?
