Write FDO Provider

Hi,
How to write a custom FDO provider in C++/.Net?
If some body has sample code, please share with me.

Hope that I have posted my query in a right forum, but stunned by seeing no reply from any one.

Can I take this in this way "Except Autodesk/OsGeo nobody can write a custom FDO provider by themselves".
