I have developed a web layout in mapguide studio and saved it as xml. I want to open this layout from another computer machine (mapguide enterprise server has been installed in this machine too)??

You can either upload the web layout to their repository as an XML file
using the MapAgent APIs (SetResourceContent I think), or export/import
it as a package instead.

The Package method is generally easier for everyone involved, but it's
worth learning your way around the MapAgent APIs too. These are loaded
in the mapguide website as something like:

http://localhost/mapguide2008/mapagent/index.html

http localhost/mapguide2008/mapagent/index.html
