Unexpected error in contacting site URL AIMS 2014

Hi,

I installed AIMS 2014 and I have no problem accessing a Map Server site:

Site: http://localhost/mapserver2014
ID: Administrator
Password: admin

And the result is this error: "Unexpected error in Contacting URL", I have Windows 7, IIS 6.0.

Go into Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and make sure the "Infrastructure Map Server 2014" is running.

Also, during install, make sure you didn't install with Apache on another PORT.
