Service of Infra. map server 2013 Error 1053

Dear All,

 

 

I get the following error:

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

When i try start infr. mapserver 2013 service in administrative tools > services ..

 

 

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

 

ASAP

Check your ERROR LOGS:

 

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server 2013\Logs\

 

If running IIS, restart that service too.

 

I find when connecting to Oracle, you may have some hangups with AIMS, so check that too if you are using Oracle.
