Select Within Does Not Update Selection Panel in AIMS 2015

Anyone else finding the Selection Panel (Flexible Web Layout) does not update when doing a Select Within with AIMS 2015?

I found it not working with Aqua and Slate so far. 

I buffered a parcel, selected within and then the Selection panel does not update with AIMS 2015.

Note, works great in MGOS 2.6, and have tried all sorts of tricks like copying MGOS's FusionSF-Compressed.js and it mc common dlls but does not fix this show stopper of a bug in AIMS 2015.

I think this bug is stopping the mapguide-rest sample application:

http://localhost/mapserver2015/rest/sampleapps/selection/index.html

from operating too. There is a problem with selecting with the mapagent in AIMS 2015.

The url is localhost, so is this sample code from installation? What if I want the geometry of the selected feature for example selected polygon: I need area; selected polyline: I need length; selected point: I need coordinates.
