I have a mwf with static layers, wich have to be update once a week automaticly. Now i open the Author, read the mwf and save it. But it is not the best method.Have anybody a idee , how to do it automaticly without open the author?
Since your layer is updated periodically, it is best to redefine that layer as dynamic rather than static. Then you shouldn't need to update that layer any more in the Author.
