Your 9.35 GB MrSid image file is definitely too big to be handled by
MapGuide Server. Split your MrSid image file into multiple MrSid files (e.g.
50 files or more, each having 187 MB or smaller in size), then create a RIC
file (with RasterWorkshop) combining all MrSid files and use this RIC file
for your raster layer in MapGuide.

I am working with International Water Managment Institute(IWMI)
http://www.iwmi.cgiar.org/.
We had recentally developed basinkits for different River System accross the
continents. it contains the raster & vector data(large data set).
http://dw.iwmi.org/dataplatform/Basin_Kits.aspx
Now our next target is to develope web maps for 13 basin(river system). i
had started with vector data and it works fine. but for when i try to load
raster images(files) it gives me error. then i create separate mapagent for
each raster layers. it resolves problem somehow but now i am trying to load
a file(Landsat_14m) which is converted to mrsid file. its files size is 9.35
GB(one file). when i try to load that file it gives error of time out. i
would like to request if you have experience of this problem please reply.
Thanks.
One thing more i would like to request when i try to access the mapagent
MapAgent_NSAPI.dll, Autodesk Mapguide Author give error of Unable to access
URL. how can we use this mapagent.
Prompt reply will be appreciated and we would be thankful.
