MGE2009 Error/Crashing

We just upgraded from MGE2008 to MGE2009 following the directions supplied in the help. All seemed fine but after a bit of time the server goes down:

The site gives the error: "Unable to find an entry point named 'CSharp_MgSerializableToMgGuardDisposable' in DLL 'MapGuideUnmanagedApi'."

Studio gives the error: "Unexpected error in contacting the site"

The admin site displays the login screen, but after clicking login gives a blank page.

Restarting IIS does not help
Restarting the MGE2009 Service does not help.
Rebooting fixes it for a period of time.

Anybody have any ideas?

Is it possible you forgot to update any mapguide dll's copied to virtual directories you might have for any custom apps?

Yes. That is exactly what I did!

Seems to be running now. Hopefully for good. Thanks for the quick response.
