MG Studio 2009

Will MG Studio 2009 work with previous versions of MGE?

More specifically, will it work with MGE 2008?

I can't get it to connect to previous versions of MGOS.

I'm guessing the same would apply for MGE

When I try to connect MG Studio 2008 to MGE 2009 I get an version 1.2 is
incompatible with 2.0 error. Would say it's no go.

I can understand Studio 2008 not being able to connect to MGE 2009, but you would think Studio 2009 would be backwards compatible no?

But from what Jackie said, it would in fact seem like a no go.
