mapguide 5.0 on server win2003

Hello,
we have problems with mapagent from mapguide 5.0. on server win2003. We have
read all post about this problem (only it was mapguide 6.0), and we done it
all, but still does not work. Problem is that when we write url for
mapagent.exe we got the message "can't find URL ...". I had suggestion that
we could try add mapagent as web service extensions with mapagent.exe,
mapguide_ISAPI.dll and mapguide_NSAPI.isa files. But after that we got the
window for authentication for Proxy server (?!), in our network there is
proxy server but it doesn't require any authentication nether is used with
local addresses.
