Is it possible to force a refresh of the map without an automatic reset of the legend to it's default state (collapsed/expanded)?
This seems to be a bit of a shortcoming of the Map.Refresh method (in 2008 at least) - the runtime state of the map is retained but the legend reverts to it's default state. Annoying for the user.
