Looks like timeout error but....

Hi folks,

Seem to have a timeout error and I changed the registry timeout to 9999 and I still can get a layer to draw in static mode. It draws fine in dynamic. The error I get is "An error was encountered. The request will not be processed."
Pretty generic. Is there anyway to determine what the error is actually saying. Or is there more than one timeout setting in MapGuide.

Which version of MapGuide and which OS do you use?

Windows Server2003 SP2

MapGuide 6.5 SP2

There must be a way to lengthen the timeout for this process?

Hi Thomas - no I have not but we have a formal ticket in with AutoDesk - Their programmers are looking into it. I will post here when I find out.
