Labels and tooltips overlapping objects

Hello,

some object of my card, from the same layer, overlap completely or in part (eg building permits).
The tooltip displays, in these cases, the information of one object among all concerned.
How does AIMS manage tooltips in these cases? How to display the tooltip of the most recent object?

I have the same problem with the labels for objects that overlap exactly, only one is displayed,
and it is not the one corresponding to the tooltip, so not the same object chosen by AIMS.
