Infrastructure map server 2013 (mapguide) - tune up Maximum threads in pool

I am trying to tune up Map server 2013 (mapguide) performance.

What is the optimal number of Maximum threads in pool for administrative, client and site properities form a) 4 cores machine b) 8 cores machine?

What is the difference between client and site? Which one affects viewing maps in web browser?
