Image Produces Error in Mapguide 6.5

Hi using the Raster Workshop, I have created a tiff in the correct coordinate system.  When I try to add this raster file to my map, I get the warning: An error was encountered.  The request will not be processed,   There is no further information provided.  Does anybody know why I get this error?

As I know there is some problems with raster tiff. Try to insert for instance in raster design check it, save or export. and try again.

Also try to creat tiff with raster workshop compress/uncompress .

Thanks, for the reply.  I ended up using the  Mr. Sid images instead and it worked fine.
