IIS error with MGENT 2010

Hi all,
a have a problem with MG ENT 2010 and IIS 6. Sometime I have this error "Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module isapi_MapAgent.dll, version 2.1.0.3001, fault address 0x00001ea1."
The error not depended by operations or by user. Refer back if the same steps that generated the error everything works.
I work with .NET API.
Can you help me?

Do you have the /mapguide virtual directory in its own application pool?

If not, you should create one and assign /mapguide and any mapguide application vdirs to it.

Then you can apply aggressive process recycling settings to this app pool which seem to improve stability somewhat.
