failed to check out a license with AdLM code: 20

Hello respected members autodesk, using a web interface topobase error "failed to check out a license with AdLM code: 20." The problem is this: a user1 has gone web interfase, but user2 can not enter, an error occurs:failed to check out a license with AdLM code: 20

Tell me please how to configure the system so that users can logon in web interface?

Definitely a strange one.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately your answer did not help us, we do not have the server file CascadeInfo.cas most likely this is due to licenses on the server, we have the settings you can use only one license, but no such license web properties Requests from the same user/ host do not consume a new license.
