External Raster Image On Open Source MapGuide

Hi I try to load external raster image on my map using Open Source MapGuide GDAL Provider, I can preview this layer, but it doesn't show in Map, doesn't show in Layout.  Any idea or anyone tested it?

The steps I did:

1, in MapGuide Site Administrator web page configure external files, add alias;

2, in Maestro create data connection using GDAL Provider point to tha alias;

3, create a layer using step 2 data connection;

4, preview layer is good; create a map using this layer, create a flexible layout, preview shows nothing and also no errors show up.

I used MapGuide Open Source 2.5, 2.6 both to tested, same result. Anyone can point some direction? Thanks.

Hi,
I will think you are using different coordinate systems between your map and raster image. MapGuide and AIMS will not automatically transform raster images into Map coordinate system.
