Hi,
Actually MapGuide is an Open Source poroject, all source code can be downloaded from http://mapguide.osgeo.org.
Please refer to http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/HowToGetTheSourceCode to get more information of getting source code of MapGuide.

If you are interested in joining ADN(Autodesk Developer Network), please refer to http://www.autodesk.com/joinadn
If you are looking from code sample of MapGuide, following page should be helpful for you.

And of cause, you can get more from ADN(Autodesk Developer Network). 🙂
Hi Daniel Du,
We have developed our mapguide since 2007 with our developer. And of course, we only have 1 year guarantee for the actual services and support. According to them, there are already major changes used in the API for (AIMS) Infrastructure 2013. Is it true? Does this means our old API used in previous version like 2007 will no longer work in AIMS2013?
In fact, we are in the subscription and currently our system is running on AIMS 2012 and we experienced already malfunctioning in the system. Some are no longer working like popping up the list of info when you select and click a portion on the certain map. And also customise buffering.
With this, what do you recommend? We are thinking of not renewing our subscription anymore if from time to time API will change every time Autodesk will update the software.
This is also our wishlist, to please retain the old APIs of mapguide in the newly release to come so that old script or programs will still work.
Thanks,
Buddy
Thank you for the feedback.
If you are referring to MapGuide 6.x or even earlier, yes, the product architecture and APIs are changed. If you are referring to MapGuide Enterprise 2007 or latter release, the APIs are compatible, exiting applications can be migrated to latest AIMS very easily.
You may know that, ADN is trying to make the information more open to developers, we are sharing many information through blogs and discussion groups like this one.
You can get the code samples for AIMS2012 at http://download.autodesk.com/media/adn/AIMS_Sample_DevTV_Solution_5_6/MapGuideSamples2012.zip
And also please check out our DevBlog for Infrastructure Modeling, http://adndevblog.typepad.com/infrastructure
More information can be found at AIMS developer center page for more information including documents/DevTVs

Hope this helps!
Thank you for your reply. Hoping you can give us the complete Developers Reference/Manual fo AIMS2013. Or just the link of it so that we can rectify as much as the code that is no longer running.
Thanks a lot.
