Data is being scaled

From Infrastructure studio, after I connect the feature source

in the form of a SHP file

and create a layer definition

Add that layer to a MAp

and Publish to Web

The data is somehow being scaled; image the state of Texas is now onyl 2 meters wide!?!

Has anyone seen this?

Importing the same data inot MAP 3D shows that the information is correct prior to any coordinate transformation being done by studio.

Does your SHP file have a .prj file attached? Does your published Map Definition's coordinate system match what you are expecting?
