AIMS 2014 basic web layout fails to load

hello all any one got a idea on why i cant get my mapviewerajax to work??

this is driving me nuts!!!

1st i had a error with <httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0" />

(Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute 'requestValidationMode'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.)

in the webconfig so i changed that to <httpRuntime />

Server Error in '/mapserver2014/mapviewerajax' Application.

This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and
cannot be loaded.
