Sketching angles improvements

Sketching angles improvements

My issue:

When you first start sketching, angles work in a manner that most would find logical. 3 o'clock is zero degrees, 12 o'clock is 90 degrees.

That's all fine and dandy.

Now, make a sketch on the backside of a part. It is often (but not always) that the "rules" no longer apply, and now 3 o'clock is now 90, 180 or 270.

Yes, you can dimension it after you've drawn it. But should you really have to do that? Why can't we just click: Line> Start point> angle>length done.Especially so for those features that are just being drawn to provide reference for other features to be built later.

What I propose is THE OPTION that the value of the  angle the view into account. North is always 90 degree. Would this be considered a static value?
