We are working on improvements to the Move and Align tools and the ability to make a copy during a move is part that work. We're roughly targeting December timeframe for now. We'll keep you posted on our progress!
Had I known the move/copy command would link the components I would have not used it. I have a design with dozens of components and it will take me days to go back and fix the damage. Very frustrating. how about coming up with a way to break the link between copied components. That would actually have been a heck of a lot more useful.
