Marking menu "Apply" and "Continue"

I'd like to get consistent "Apply" & "Continue" marking menu options for Extrude and Revolve.

Doing quite a bit of multi-body work with shared sketches lately and I keep reaching for them and they arent there.

Think there are a couple other "holes", but I'll post them when they come up again.

Hi @bverboort. It's been a while since this was created, and it's possible this has been addressed/changed since then. Has it? If not, can you post a couple screenshots demonstrating the inconsistency?
