Fillet welds are far too prismatic

Fillet welds that wrap around perpedicular faces are comically prismatic, akin to the Dire Strait's video Money for Nothing.  Protip: in real life, welding around a corner does not produce a sharp edge.  The effort put into the of modeling weld beads feels like either Abandonware or that of a project given to summer interns (who had never, ever welded IRL).

The angles wouldn't bother me if I was only using the parts for drawings or something ... but a lot of my parts go to Showcase or Max for rendering, and that's the point at which the sharp edges start to really annoy the crap out of me.
