Allow adding project paths without closing all inventor files

We work with a unique project file for each project we work on. If we miss a path when setting up our project, we have to close all of our open inventor files to add the missing path and then reopen everyting. That can quite time consuming. Please give us the ability to add project paths without closing inventor files.
