dimension text alignment fix

When placing dimensions aligned to each other, the text of the dimensions with commas in them is placed out of alignment.

FWIW, i've seen this outside of dimensions as well, I think it's a font issue.

When justifying text, for example at the lower left corner, the following happens:

MIAMI FL is aligned along the bottom of all it's letters.

MIAMI, FL is aligned vertically at the bottom of the comma, the letters are all bumped up 1/16" or so.

Happens with / and \ too.

Oddly, using lower case letters like y, g, q, etc justifies correctly. All punctuation needs to react like letters that dip below the line.
