Cascading License and License Borrowing

We have several customers who work as consultants on different sites. They need to bring their own license of Vault and they want to be able to buy their own  Vault professional license and then also be abel to run the lower versions depending on what version the customer is using. 

The best would be if they could borrow a license from their own server.
