Other ICE ressources other then this forum

Hi!
I found a few very good video tutorials (from Paul Smith at Vimeo for example), but I would love to read a good book about ICE. Can you recommend one?

And it seems this forum is not that high-frequented too. Does anyone know any other good forums other then this one?
Im’trying to get into ICE and am stucked with a particular problem (http://area.autodesk.com/forum/autodesk-softimage/ice---interactive-creative-environment/questions-r...
Maybe this post was somehow to special for a forum, but it had only 11 views in 4 weeks. Of course I could just go on with something different, but I think I’m a little bullheaded regarding things like this. 😉

It seems as if not that many people are working with ICE out there, or ist his just my personal impression?

Thanks,
Raschko

And XSI Support Blog, lot's of information there:

See also the Softimage Creative Group in London(UK) ther are some good links to website there as well.

I second Daniel's suggestions.

I also think that maybe you didn't get many responses because you posted a fairly complex technical question over the holiday break when many people aren't checking the forums as much, and are also away from their work computers so they can't double-check things in the software.

Thank you very much! I think my first post was a little too complex, and I underestimeted the math behind it. But in the meantime I got a very helpful answer from Graham so thanks again. It seems like the ICE community lives 😉 When I’m more expierienced I’ll try to give something back to other beginners.
Nevertheless, thank you very much fo the links Daniel. I only knew one of them so far, so they are very helpful too and bookmarked from now on.
