1. If you right-click-drag a component into AutoCAD, you get a prompt to download the associated xreffile(s) into a folder of your choice. Is there any association between the object that has been dropped in and the xreffile? I can't seem to find one.
2. Does the right-click-drag option work with Revit too? I haven't seen any Revit content on Seek that has xreffiles, so I wasn't sure.
3. When you drag-and-drop a component into AutoCAD, the hyperlink indicates the URL of the component. Is this URL not persisted when bringing i-drop content into Revit?
thanks in advance, Chuck

Well, it looks like Revit doesn't support the right-click drag-and-drop which allows the user to download the attached xreffile(s). Can someone from Autodesk confirm?
thanks, Chuck

If you're waiting for a response here from Autodesk I think it'll be an eternity!
I think i-drop is being left to wither and die but without the last rites being said.

Are you saying it works on Revit and look for one that works on the right mouse?
If Revit is working, can you please share how you did?
