It is an Inventor problem, as far as I know.
The AUTODESK test iDrop site is not working with Inventor.
Since Autodesk make the product, I presume that their website (both the HTML and XML) are correct.
Thanks anyway.

Some person would be so amiable to say if i-Drop works with parts and assemblies created with Inventor 11?

Yes,
PARTS only.
You can crate parts in inventor 11, and add them to a website (using iDrop technology). You can then drag these parts from the website to an ASSEMBLY file.
If it's all working for you, unlike me

You do not create or assemble in I-drop.
You insert the part or assembly in i-drop from the website.

That's what I said - you create parts in Inventor, not in "i-drop".
You insert parts (created in Inventor 11 and added to a website) from the website into an Inventor 11 assembly file, using iDrop.
Do you have any information on my query above -- you haven't replied.

It is a little bit hard for me what you want. First you post about AutoDESK website which I thought you have i-drop problem and was trying to help you.
Then I found out that you are try to use I-drop.
So I do not know what you problem on i-drop?
Are you developiing website to use i-drop? or using someone website to insert drawing by using i-drop?
Let me know and I will try my best
