i-drop Enhancer Extension Developer

My company has recently installed a new server to hold all of our projects. We have been experiencing various problems since the installation including some machines, but not all, that have lost the ability to use the i-dropper to pull objects from catalogs onto tool palettes or drawings.

I believe this is related to users not having the correct rights with the new server but I would like someone to confirm this suspicion if possible or provide suggestions for fixes. Thanks.

If you use a new server try to look the path is the same with the old XML file that you have. May be the drive name or the new folder name might not match with the old one.

If you want post your old and new xml fie that you use and let me see it.

Where would I find an xml file related to the i-drop tool?

You can find from your old server and study the structure.
