I downloaded i-drop several times and it said it was successful, yet every time I try to go over with my mouse the icon does not show and it does not work. Please help

Are you trying the sample one that is given on AutoDESK website?

Try to find another i-drop website and look if you see the i-drop icon?

Or are you writing an i-drop website and did not work?

Yes I am downloading from the autodesk sample site.
I tried googling i-drop to download, but couldn't find anything.
I even tried seeing if the icon showed up on the steelcase website and it still didn't work. thanks

I have my own website which I create i-drop from the database at present I do not put it due to some reason.
