Hi, there is a couple of questions I would like to ask.

1. Is there anyway to have a file with multiple object within, and be able to list and choose which object to use. we have 'level of detail' objects, I currently have four separate Max files
would be nice to just have the one.

2. Has anyone successfully created a page that minimized the editing process by using javascript. It just seem's a lotta html and xml to do something so simple.

If you want to insert all four, put all four in one file and use one xml then it will work that way.

But if you want to put them in different files, you do not have other option other than put them differently and have its own xml file
