Inventor HSM Express 2015 simulation control

When I am in simulation, the simulation control box shows up at the bottom of the screen, but there are no control icons shown in it. I can click where the icon should be and it works, but how do I get the control icons to show in the box? My video card is a PNY NVIDIA Quadro K620.

What operating system are you using? (Which windows version)

Which solidworks version?

And last but not least which HSMXpress version?

Evidently I am the only one with this problem and no one knows what I can do to fix it. There has been escalation and no answers.

I think the best advise I have would be to update Inventor and Inventor HSM

As i mention here (http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/hsm-support-forum/missing-invisible-controls-in-2017-hsm-pro-simulatio...), my problem was "solved" by switching back to the default windows visuakl style from the stripped down win2k style visual. Bummer.

Thank you for the solution. I really seems bad that users have to find the solution to problems with Autodesk software. I have used AutoCAD software since the 80's, but I am a new to Inventor.

I could have really used the $200 I spend on a new graphics card because my current card was not shown as supported. New card had no advantages.
