Unable to insert models.

About 20 minutes ago I was suddenly unable to insert models into an assembly I'm working on.  I've tried repeatly but all I get is "There was an error getting files.  Please try again."  Up until that point everything was working fine.  I've rebooted, closed and reopened the program several times.  None of my normal "fixes" work this time.  Is there some problem on Autodesk's end?

Waited for over an hour and a half.  Still not working.  Software glitch or ???????
