select large number of edges for fillet without huge performance hit

Just selecting a large* number of curves on a moderately complex geometry makes F360 unusably slow and eventually crash (I think it could be memory limited.. but I have 16GB RAM so there's gotta be something wrong with data structures there)

We certainly should be handling this in a better fashion.  It is hard to classify this as an idea, other than "make it better", so let's shoot this one over to the help forum to see if we can get any suggestions from the community on how they go about avoiding this situation for the time being.  In the meantime, the development team will continue to work on improving performance.
