Offset Sketch Projected Loop Anomaly

Edit the last sketch and try offsetting the loop.

I included draft and a 0.5mm clearance.

I supposed we project the edge one by one. So we are not loop.

You can have a try to project the face on the bottom of "Heart". (Create a sketch, Invoke project and select the big face on bottom of the "Heart").

Or, you also can use "Project Silhouette" (Create a sketch, Invoke project silhouette and select the Solid body "Heart")
