Yesterday (8/6/14) I was able to open up designs and work with them between 3:30 and 5:30 eastern time. This morning @ 8:00 I tried to resume where I had left off and the same problem has returned. I just wanted to pass that along in case the timeline would help in any way.
Well it's 9:01 and things are working again. I DID reboot, and that's when things started working correctly but that could just be coincidence.
