How to open an earlier version of a design

I have saved several versions of my design. But I can only change the very latest version. How do I open a different version previously saved?

Thanks for the question and the screenshot. In the dialogue box the "up arrow" is the promote command. Promote will make a copy of a previous version and move it to be the latest version. After selecting promote, the versions will refresh with the latest version  being a copy of the old version (look for it to be created 1 min ago). At this point, you should be able to click on the Edit command (pencil icon) to open that version.
